The engines this month are Indian copies of two of probably the most succesful diesel engines from the 1948 era, these being the Mills .75 cc (photo 79) and the Mills 1.3 cc series II.(photo 80) Both engines were well made and very easy to handle being very popular for free flight models. The Indian copies varied in quality from poor to mediocre and eventually the tooling was sent back to Irvines in this country who produced them in small quantities. As stated before anybody requiring further information can do so through this web site or EMail me direct Brian Rimmer
